Bring proof
Show your insurance proof or pick a protection option at pickup, and you're good to go.
Insurance and protection
Coverage is required before pickup, and there are a few easy ways to be ready. Bring your own insurance that transfers to the rental, use qualifying card coverage, or ask us about protection at the counter. Whichever you choose, you're covered before you drive off.
Takes about 2 minutes. No payment today, you pay at the counter when you pick up your keys.

Coverage questions are easiest to settle before your travel day, so reach out anytime before you fly.
Third-party broker insurance may require you to pay upfront after an accident and be reimbursed later.
Bring proof of full coverage that transfers to the rental vehicle. The name and details just need to be verifiable at pickup.
Some renters can use qualifying card rental coverage when it's verifiable and the rental is paid with that card. Not sure if yours qualifies? Just ask us.
Prefer to add protection on the spot? Optional protection may be available at pickup, and our team walks you through every option before the rental starts.
12-passenger van renters using personal insurance may need at least $1,000,000 combined liability coverage, or equivalent acceptable coverage.

Here's what to bring and what to expect at the counter. No online payment today — you pay when you pick up your keys.
We'll go over required charges, toll options, available protection, and rental terms with you before payment authorization and vehicle pickup — so you're covered before you leave the lot.
Everything is laid out here so there are no surprises. Take your time — you'll pay at the counter when you pick up your keys.
Taxes & Required Fees may include applicable sales tax, airport/concession recovery, vehicle licensing recovery, transaction processing, and operational recovery fees.
Personal toll devices are not allowed. Tolls are pay-as-you-go with the vehicle's toll device: drive through any toll you need and, at vehicle return, pay the tolls used plus a toll administration fee (see rental agreement). Or choose the unlimited toll plan for $19.99/day and use as many tolls as you want. Removing or tampering with the toll device carries a penalty (see rental agreement).
Vehicles may not leave the state of Florida. Ferry use, cross-border travel, delivery work, rideshare work, commercial passenger transport, off-road use, racing, towing, and illegal use are prohibited. Unauthorized out-of-state travel may result in a $2,000 unauthorized-use fee, recovery costs, towing, repossession expenses, loss of optional protection benefits, and related damages or losses.
Accepted payment cards are Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Diners Club. The cardholder name must match the primary renter, and the card must have enough available funds for the rental, the security deposit hold ($200, or $2,000 for Florida residents), optional products, and local charges. Card rules may vary by booking source and renter profile.
Optional — add any of these at the counter for extra peace of mind.
These apply only if the situation comes up — here's every fee, in plain view.
This check-in confirms the terms above and authorizes Only Rent to verify your documents and insurance. The rental agreement you sign at the counter (operated through the Priceless / Rent-A-Wreck reservation brands) is the controlling, executed contract for your rental; this check-in establishes your consent to these terms and speeds up your pickup. Pricing and coverage are subject to insurance verification — if your insurance does not meet the requirements, a coverage assurance fee or an Only Rent protection product applies, as set out above.
