Is the PBI shuttle pickup included?
Yes. Once you land, follow the green Ground Transportation signs to the car rental shuttle pickup area. The shuttle loops every 20-30 minutes and brings you straight to us.
What should I bring to pickup?
A valid driver's license, an accepted payment card in the main driver's name, proof of insurance or a protection option, and your reservation confirmation. That's it.
Which vehicle fits my trip?
The 12-passenger van and GMC Acadia 7-seat SUV handle families, groups, and luggage with ease. The Wrangler suits beach weekends, and the BMW 3 Series and 4 Series Coupe are there when you want something premium.
Can I add a car seat?
Car seats and boosters may be available by request. Just ask us before pickup so we can confirm availability for your dates.
Will I get the exact model in the photo?
The photos show the class, not the specific vehicle. You'll get the class you reserve, a passenger van, GMC Acadia 7-seat SUV, Wrangler, or BMW luxury class, or a comparable vehicle.
What if my flight is delayed?
Give us a call as soon as you can. We normally hold your vehicle for 2 hours after your booked pickup time, subject to availability and booking-source rules.
What are your hours?
We're open 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Approved after-hours returns may require an after-hours fee.
How do tolls work?
Personal toll devices aren't allowed. We'll go over toll service options and any applicable fees with you before pickup.
Can I drive out of Florida?
Vehicles may not leave Florida unless written approval is provided before pickup, and there's plenty to explore right here.
Can I reserve online right now?
Yes, and there's no payment today. Submit your request for West Palm Beach / PBI pickup. Final confirmation is subject to vehicle availability and a quick counter check.

- Renters must be 21+ and present a valid driver's license and accepted payment card in the primary driver's name.
- Additional drivers must be at least 25 years old, present a valid driver's license at rental, and pay a $5/day additional-driver fee.
- Accepted payment cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Diners Club. The cardholder must match the primary renter.
- A $200 security deposit will be held on the driver's credit card. Florida residents: $2,000 security deposit hold.
- Insurance is subject to approval. Bring your insurance card (or the digital version) and submit it through the check-in app or at the counter; verification can take up to two business days. Coverage must be full coverage that transfers to the rental vehicle. If the insurance does not meet the requirements, an insurance assurance fee applies (see rental agreement).
- Third-party broker insurance may require the renter to pay upfront after an accident and seek reimbursement from the broker.
- 12-passenger van renters using personal insurance must show at least $1,000,000 combined liability coverage or equivalent acceptable coverage.
- Florida residents are limited to 50 miles per day, with extra miles charged at $0.50 per mile.
- Vehicles may not leave the state of Florida.
- PBI customers receive pickup and verification instructions after reservation confirmation.
- The vehicle is held for 2 hours after the booked pickup time, subject to availability and booking-source rules.
- A 29-minute return grace period applies before late return fees or an additional rental day may apply.
- After-hours service is by request only and may require a $150 after-hours return fee plus taxes.
- Personal toll devices are not allowed. Tolls are pay-as-you-go with the vehicle's toll device — at return you pay the tolls used plus a toll administration fee (see rental agreement) — or choose the unlimited toll plan at $19.99/day and use as many tolls as you want.
- Cleaning, smoking/vaping, animal transport, late return, unauthorized-use, lost key, fuel, damage, and claims fees may apply.
- Free cancellation is available up to 6 hours before pickup. No-shows, insufficient documentation, invalid cards, or insufficient funds may be treated as no-shows.
